Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) into human ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to build innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 global milestones
- Facilitate future scenario-planning workshops with stakeholders across government, academia, and industry
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership positioning our company at the forefront of progress
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Futures School or similar institution)
