- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend reports and actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation patterns
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
