Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future intelligence into corporate vision and roadmaps
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused product roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in fast-growth environments
