Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation labs and incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer next-gen research in human augmentation and ethical AI
- Advocate for sustainable and inclusive futures in technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state scenarios for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills with complex multi-variable systems
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or futures research
