Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Published thought leadership on technological convergence patterns
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Global network of futurists and technologists
