- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ portfolio decisions
- Lead cross-functional '2026 Vision Sprints' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
