As a key member of our Future Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation. We value disruptive thinkers who thrive at the intersection of science, business, and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for future market landscapes and competitive threats
- Lead workshops with C-suite to align organizational vision with long-term technological trajectories
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and human-tech symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype concepts for 2030+ consumer and enterprise applications
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting tech adoption (AI governance, climate tech mandates)
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of published trend analyses or scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, wild cards analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-strategy recommendations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., MFSc preferred)
