- Design and run scenario-planning simulations for systemic disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout next-gen startups and acquisition targets
- Build foresight frameworks for regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two future-strategy implementations
