Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring exponential technology adoption and market disruption
- Curate and analyze global trend data from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design and agile futures thinking
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell Methodology preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready initiatives implemented at scale
- Fluency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
