Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and climate science domains
- Produce executive-grade reports and visualizations translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ horizons
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable impact
