Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms in human-machine collaboration
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future-state concepts into executable business transformation plans
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech disruption
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping trend analyses or future-state frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
