- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for resource scarcity and urban resilience
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks in policy dialogues with the World Economic Forum
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
- Represent company at Davos and Singularity University summits as innovation ambassador
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems modeling, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and planetary boundaries framework
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with quantum computing and synthetic biology ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives launched
