Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Author high-impact whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain an exclusive network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify ROI on futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
