Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets

- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
