Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal disruptions
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and adaptive capacity
- Curate emerging tech ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Author thought leadership on the future of work and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human-machine augmentation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
