Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation portfolios with long-term market evolution
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish cross-functional labs for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 firms
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or metaverse economics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certified in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic initiatives
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
