- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 innovation projects with $500K+ budgets
- Build and lead a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market trends (provide portfolio)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
