Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing business models
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic recommendations at global industry summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans for multinational corporations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight platforms and data visualization tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (white papers, journals)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
