Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market entry strategies
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) and translate into competitive advantages
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product lifecycles
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders via executive briefings and whitepapers
- Build and curate a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation workshops across global offices to embed future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven portfolio of published foresight frameworks or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven persuasive communication
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
