Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present futuristic insights at global conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing future-relevant projects or published trend analyses
