Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
- Drive innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
