Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze macro-trends impacting global industries through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D to identify disruptive opportunities
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy publications
- Experience leading global cross-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
