Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and trend briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development cycles
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s transformation trends
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
