Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal trend forecasts using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Partner with product development teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and customer experience design
- Establish and nurture an internal 'Future Intelligence' network across global offices
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
