- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-driven market shifts
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across enterprise operations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight network
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with >80% accuracy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP or equivalent)
