Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect predictive frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting future market landscapes
- Mentor next-gen futurists through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercialization pathways
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical domains
