Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational resilience planning across our global footprint.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for stakeholders across 15+ departments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Present findings to board members and investors as part of quarterly strategic reviews
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators that could accelerate or disrupt industry trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic impact
