You'll influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational transformation through data-driven insights and trend analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations and product portfolios
- Present actionable foresight reports to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Design scenario-planning models for potential future disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends into narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
