Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for multi-industry convergence
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, policy, and design teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track evolution of strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
