- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build resilient future roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 3-5 year innovation pipelines
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term tech strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
