Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist research or frameworks
