Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product innovation, market entry, and competitive positioning in emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts with rapid prototyping
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating complex foresight into actionable business strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture bleeding-edge research
- Mentor emerging talent in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Management with 5+ years of foresight or strategy experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, metaverse ecosystems)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published foresight work
- Experience translating foresight into business strategy with measurable impact on product roadmaps
- Global network in innovation ecosystems with connections to academic, startup, and corporate R&D communities
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with quantifiable outcomes
