Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive market forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision and market evolution trajectories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development and operational planning
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry think tanks
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning documents with quantifiable impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership with proven 2020+ impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
