Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technology trends through 2026+ using data modeling and scenario analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive market intelligence
- Identify disruptive business models and market opportunities
- Advolve product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions (if applicable)
