As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate technological shifts into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product evolution and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities through horizon-scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with 2026 predictions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological/societal shifts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
