Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in synthetic biology and quantum encryption
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2030 workforce transformation
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify breakthrough startups in longevity and space exploration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing horizon-scanning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, nanotech)
- Published research on climate-resilient infrastructure or human augmentation trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience advising on policy frameworks for AI governance or bioethics
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >80% accuracy
