Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain global expert networks across technology, policy, and academia
- Translate foresight insights into product development and market expansion strategies
- Represent the organization at premier futurism and innovation summits worldwide
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
