- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Deliver keynote presentations at industry summits on future-of-work implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptability to emerging trends
- Advise executive board on scenario planning for 2026 market disruptions
- Curate an internal Futures Intelligence Network of domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate data into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
