Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Secure $5M+ innovation budgets through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to enterprise implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
