- Author predictive intelligence reports with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Build and maintain proprietary trend-sensing networks using AI-augmented analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with data-driven trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
