Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models to assess long-term business implications
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy or product innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, economics, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
