Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business and societal transformations
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-focused initiatives
