Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes across technology, economics, and human behavior
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to guide product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports influencing C-suite decision-making
- Establish innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, WFS) strongly preferred
