Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating futuristic innovations into business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research labs, and thought leaders
- Design pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight projects
