- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author whitepapers on disruptive trends for industry conferences and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, sustainable development frameworks, and circular economy principles
