Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI Ethics, or related field with 8+ years
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable technology
- Experience securing federal grants for innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international partnerships
