- Produce quarterly trend reports and risk assessments for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive innovation sprints focused on long-term sustainability and human-centric tech development
- Represent Innovatech at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class future-strategy division
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, space commercialization)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological evolution topics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience scaling high-impact innovation teams in regulated industries
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
