Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions (quantum-secure systems, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design governance frameworks for AI/automation ethical implementation
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic research labs and national innovation consortia
- Author thought leadership on sustainable technological transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Experience with scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale future-tech implementations
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Foresight methodologies preferred
