Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for 2026 technology ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and scientists
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Develop patents and IP portfolios for disruptive innovations
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Mentor teams in next-gen methodologies (e.g., quantum UX, neural interfaces)
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies in real-world scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks in complex environments
- Strong portfolio of patents or breakthrough innovations
