- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefs' translating complex foresight data into actionable strategies
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Mentor teams in adaptive innovation methodologies and future-ready skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research with tech-focused outcomes
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic adaptation to disruptive change
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technological transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
